- Flour tortillas

- Fresh tuna (sushi grade)
- Avocados

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brush the flour tortillas lightly with olive oil and bake them in the oven for 8-10 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden.
- While the tostadas are baking, dice the fresh tuna into small cubes and place it in a mixing bowl.
- Dice the avocado, finely chop the cilantro, and finely chop the red onion, then add them to the bowl with the tuna.
- Squeeze in the lime juice and season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste. Gently toss everything together.
- For the chipotle mayonnaise, blend the mayonnaise with the chipotle peppers in adobo sauce. Start with one pepper and add more for extra heat if desired.
