- 1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh dill or parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cut the cucumbers in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds with a spoon to create a boat shape.
- In a bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, red onion, and celery. Mix well.
- Season the tuna mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spoon the tuna salad evenly into the cucumber boats.
- Garnish with fresh dill or parsley if desired.
- Serve immediately or chill for 10-15 minutes before serving.
