Ingredients
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 2 cups orange juice
- 1 cup mango juice or nectar
- 1/2 cup lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 liter ginger ale or lemon-lime soda, chilled
- 1 cup diced pineapple or mango (optional garnish)
- Orange, lime, or pineapple slices for garnish
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine pineapple juice, orange juice, mango juice, and lime juice.
- Stir well to mix.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Just before serving, add ice cubes and top off with chilled ginger ale or lemon-lime soda.
- Gently stir to combine.
- Garnish with diced fruit and citrus slices.
- Serve immediately with punch cups or glasses.
- Store any leftover punch in the refrigerator (without soda) up to 2 days—add soda just before serving.
