Description

A bright and refreshing tropical punch with fruity juices and a fizzy soda lift—perfect for parties, barbeques, or family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1 cup mango juice or nectar
  • 1/2 cup lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 liter ginger ale or lemon-lime soda, chilled
  • 1 cup diced pineapple or mango (optional garnish)
  • Orange, lime, or pineapple slices for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine pineapple juice, orange juice, mango juice, and lime juice.
  2. Stir well to mix.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Just before serving, add ice cubes and top off with chilled ginger ale or lemon-lime soda.
  5. Gently stir to combine.
  6. Garnish with diced fruit and citrus slices.
  7. Serve immediately with punch cups or glasses.
  8. Store any leftover punch in the refrigerator (without soda) up to 2 days—add soda just before serving.

Notes

  • Swap ginger ale with sparkling water for a lighter version.
  • Add crushed pineapple for extra texture.
  • For a party version, freeze fruit cubes ahead to chill without dilution.
  • Add a splash of grenadine for color and a sweeter taste.
  • Make it tropical mocktail-friendly by keeping it alcohol-free.
