Description
This is a simple and versatile salad dressing made with extra-virgin olive oil, lemon juice, honey, Dijon mustard, sea salt flakes, and cracked black pepper. - 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (can be substituted with white vinegar or apple cider vinegar)

Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: Add all the ingredients to a small jar with a tight-fitting lid. Seal the jar tightly.
- Emulsify the Dressing: Shake the jar vigorously for about 15 seconds until the dressing is well emulsified, or alternatively, place the ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk until thoroughly combined.
- Serve or Store: Drizzle the dressing over 3–4 cups of your favorite salad, or store it in the refrigerator in the jar for up to one week for later use.
Notes
