Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are golden and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve hot, optionally garnished with fresh herbs.
