Description

Fresh, creamy strawberry yogurt popsicles made with just three simple ingredients—perfect for a cooling summer treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (approx. 8 oz)
  • 23 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (to taste)

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine strawberries and honey. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add Greek yogurt and pulse until well incorporated but still slightly swirled for a marbled effect.
  3. Taste mixture and adjust sweetness, adding more honey if desired.
  4. Pour mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a small gap at top to allow for expansion.
  5. Insert popsicle sticks or lids and freeze for at least 4–6 hours, or until fully set overnight for best results.
  6. To unmold, briefly run warm water over the outside of molds until popsicles release easily.

Notes

  • For a chunkier texture, reserve a few diced strawberries and add them to the molds before freezing.
  • Use flavored yogurt or sweetened coconut yogurt to change the flavor profile.
  • If using store‑bought yogurt with added sugar, reduce or omit the honey/maple syrup.
  • For a dairy‑free option, swap Greek yogurt with coconut or almond yogurt.
