Description
Fresh, creamy strawberry yogurt popsicles made with just three simple ingredients—perfect for a cooling summer treat.
Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (approx. 8 oz)
- 2–3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (to taste)
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, combine strawberries and honey. Blend until smooth.
- Add Greek yogurt and pulse until well incorporated but still slightly swirled for a marbled effect.
- Taste mixture and adjust sweetness, adding more honey if desired.
- Pour mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a small gap at top to allow for expansion.
- Insert popsicle sticks or lids and freeze for at least 4–6 hours, or until fully set overnight for best results.
- To unmold, briefly run warm water over the outside of molds until popsicles release easily.
Notes
- For a chunkier texture, reserve a few diced strawberries and add them to the molds before freezing.
- Use flavored yogurt or sweetened coconut yogurt to change the flavor profile.
- If using store‑bought yogurt with added sugar, reduce or omit the honey/maple syrup.
- For a dairy‑free option, swap Greek yogurt with coconut or almond yogurt.
