Description

These refreshing strawberry popsicles are a healthy and fun treat for kids, made with fresh strawberries and natural sweeteners.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the strawberries, honey (or maple syrup), yogurt, water, and lemon juice.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  4. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.
  5. To remove, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds and gently pull out the popsicles.

Notes

  • You can substitute Greek yogurt with a dairy-free alternative to make it vegan.
  • Add a few chopped strawberries into the molds before pouring for added texture.
  • Adjust sweetness depending on the ripeness of the strawberries.
