Description
These refreshing strawberry popsicles are a healthy and fun treat for kids, made with fresh strawberries and natural sweeteners.

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the strawberries, honey (or maple syrup), yogurt, water, and lemon juice.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.
- To remove, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds and gently pull out the popsicles.
Notes
- You can substitute Greek yogurt with a dairy-free alternative to make it vegan.
- Add a few chopped strawberries into the molds before pouring for added texture.
- Adjust sweetness depending on the ripeness of the strawberries.
