- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until well combined. Press into a 9-inch pie pan to form a crust. Chill for 30 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spoon the cream cheese filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Warm the strawberry jam slightly and mix with sliced strawberries. Spoon over the chilled filling.
- Chill the pie for another hour before serving.
