Description

This Strawberry Cream Cheese Pie is a delightful no-bake dessert featuring a buttery graham cracker crust, a creamy cheesecake-like filling, and a luscious fresh strawberry topping.

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until well combined. Press into a 9-inch pie pan to form a crust. Chill for 30 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well incorporated.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
