A creamy, refreshing smoothie bowl made with fresh strawberries and bananas, topped with granola, fresh fruit, and nuts—perfect for a healthy breakfast or snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and frozen
- 1 ripe banana, sliced and frozen
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or plant-based yogurt)
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Toppings: granola, fresh strawberries, banana slices, chia seeds, almonds
Instructions
- In a blender, combine frozen strawberries, frozen banana, Greek yogurt, milk, honey (if using), and vanilla extract.
- Blend on high until smooth and thick. Stop and scrape down sides if needed.
- If too thick, add a splash more milk; if too thin, add a few ice cubes or some more frozen fruit.
- Pour smoothie into a bowl.
- Arrange toppings—granola, fresh strawberry slices, banana slices, chia seeds, and almonds—on top.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
