- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1 cup granola
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and prepare all the berries by slicing strawberries and leaving blueberries and raspberries whole.
- In a glass or jar, add a layer of Greek yogurt at the bottom.
- Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
- Sprinkle a layer of granola over the berries.
- Repeat the layers until the glass is full or the ingredients are used up.
- Drizzle honey on top for added sweetness, if desired.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
Notes
- You can use any combination of your favorite berries.
- Use dairy-free yogurt for a vegan version.
- Prepare in advance and refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving for best texture.
