Description

A refreshing and healthy layered dessert featuring fresh spring berries, creamy yogurt, and crunchy granola, perfect for breakfast or a light treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1 cup granola
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare all the berries by slicing strawberries and leaving blueberries and raspberries whole.
  2. In a glass or jar, add a layer of Greek yogurt at the bottom.
  3. Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
  4. Sprinkle a layer of granola over the berries.
  5. Repeat the layers until the glass is full or the ingredients are used up.
  6. Drizzle honey on top for added sweetness, if desired.
  7. Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.

Notes

  • You can use any combination of your favorite berries.
  • Use dairy-free yogurt for a vegan version.
