Description

A fun and crunchy salad combining sweet apples, chopped Snickers bars, creamy yogurt, and crunchy toppings—perfect for a party side or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups apples (about 4 medium), cored and chopped
  • 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp honey or sweetener of choice
  • 4 fun-size Snickers bars, chopped (about 1 cup)
  • ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
  • Optional: 2 Tbsp shredded coconut or raisins


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together yogurt and honey until smooth.
  2. Add chopped apples and gently toss to coat.
  3. Fold in chopped Snickers bars and nuts (plus coconut or raisins, if using).
