Description
These patriotic Red, White, and Blue Popsicles are a fun and refreshing treat perfect for summer holidays like the 4th of July. Made with layers of fresh fruit and yogurt, they’re both festive and healthy.

- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and chopped
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup water (divided)
Instructions
- Blend strawberries with 1–2 tablespoons of water and honey (if using) until smooth. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling 1/3 of each mold. Freeze for about 30 minutes.
- Mix Greek yogurt with vanilla extract. Once the red layer is frozen, spoon the yogurt into the molds to fill the next third. Freeze for another 30 minutes.
- Blend blueberries with 1–2 tablespoons of water until smooth. Pour the blueberry mixture into the final third of each mold. Insert sticks and freeze until solid, at least 4 hours or overnight.
- To serve, run warm water over the molds for a few seconds to release the popsicles.
Notes
- You can substitute coconut yogurt to make these vegan.
- Adjust the sweetness of the fruit layers by adding more or less honey as desired.
- Use fresh or frozen fruit depending on availability.
