- 1 box white cake mix (15.25 oz)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup red, white, and blue sprinkles
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until a dough forms.
- Gently fold in sprinkles and white chocolate chips.
- Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 9–11 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- Be careful not to overbake—cookies will continue to set as they cool.
- You can substitute sprinkles with red, white, and blue M&Ms for variation.
- Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
