Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges (optional, for serving)
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side or until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the garlic butter over the chicken to coat.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges if desired.
