Ingredients

- 2 cups baby spinach or napa cabbage, chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 16 frozen or homemade potstickers (pork, chicken, or vegetable)

Instructions
- In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger; sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the broth and bring to a gentle boil.
- Add soy sauce, carrots, and mushrooms; simmer for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Add potstickers to the simmering broth and cook according to package instructions, about 5-8 minutes.
- Stir in baby spinach or napa cabbage and cook until just wilted.
