Description
A bright and refreshing pineapple punch featuring tropical juices and a fizzy soda finish—great for parties, BBQs, or summer gatherings.
Ingredients
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup coconut water or water
- 1/4 cup lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 liter club soda, ginger ale, or lemon-lime soda, chilled
- Pineapple chunks and lime slices for garnish
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine pineapple juice, orange juice, coconut water (or plain water), and lime juice.
- Stir well to mix.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Before serving, add ice cubes and gently pour in chilled soda.
- Stir to combine.
- Garnish with pineapple chunks and lime slices.
- Serve immediately in punch glasses.
- Store any leftover base (without soda) in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Add soda before serving.
Notes
- Replace soda with sparkling water for a lighter version.
- Freeze pineapple chunks to chill without diluting.
- Add a splash of grenadine for a sweet color twist.
- Make it tropical mocktail style—keep alcohol-free.
- For an adult version, add a splash of rum or vodka.
