Description

A bright and refreshing pineapple punch featuring tropical juices and a fizzy soda finish—great for parties, BBQs, or summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup coconut water or water
  • 1/4 cup lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 liter club soda, ginger ale, or lemon-lime soda, chilled
  • Pineapple chunks and lime slices for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine pineapple juice, orange juice, coconut water (or plain water), and lime juice.
  2. Stir well to mix.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Before serving, add ice cubes and gently pour in chilled soda.
  5. Stir to combine.
  6. Garnish with pineapple chunks and lime slices.
  7. Serve immediately in punch glasses.
  8. Store any leftover base (without soda) in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Add soda before serving.

Notes

  • Replace soda with sparkling water for a lighter version.
  • Freeze pineapple chunks to chill without diluting.
  • Add a splash of grenadine for a sweet color twist.
  • Make it tropical mocktail style—keep alcohol-free.
  • For an adult version, add a splash of rum or vodka.
