Instructions
- Mix the base: In a medium bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, melted coconut oil, maple syrup (or honey), vanilla extract, and salt until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
- Prepare the pan: Line a loaf pan or small square baking dish with parchment paper to prevent sticking. Pour the peanut butter mixture into the pan and spread it evenly with a spatula.
- Melt the chocolate: Place the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 20–30 second intervals, stirring after each until fully melted and smooth.
