Description

Rich and fudgy peanut butter brownies combining the classic taste of chocolate with creamy swirls of peanut butter.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line an 8×8-inch baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  3. Add cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Stir until well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of peanut butter over the batter and swirl with a knife.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs.
  7. Let cool in the pan before slicing into squares.

Notes
