Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 pre-made chocolate cookie crust
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce, divided
  • 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce, divided
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
  3. Spread half of the caramel sauce and half of the hot fudge sauce over the bottom of the chocolate cookie crust.
  4. Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the sauces and spread evenly.
  5. Drizzle the remaining caramel and fudge sauces on top.
  6. Sprinkle chopped pecans and mini chocolate chips (if using) over the top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, toast the pecans before adding them.
  • Use homemade whipped cream instead of Cool Whip if preferred.
  • This pie can be made a day in advance.
