Description
A delicious and easy no-bake dessert made with layers of graham crackers, creamy pudding, and fresh strawberries, topped with a sweet strawberry glaze.
Ingredients
- 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 (14.4 oz) box graham crackers
- 2 (3.4 oz) boxes instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3 cups cold milk
- 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
- 1/2 cup strawberry preserves or jam
- 2 tbsp water
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix and cold milk for 2 minutes until thickened.
- Fold in the whipped topping until well combined and smooth.
- In a 9×13 inch baking dish, place a single layer of graham crackers to cover the bottom.
- Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
- Add a layer of sliced strawberries over the pudding mixture.
- Repeat with another layer of graham crackers, the remaining pudding mixture, and another layer of strawberries.
- Top with a final layer of graham crackers.
- In a small bowl, microwave the strawberry preserves and water for about 30 seconds until smooth, then stir to combine.
- Pour the strawberry glaze over the top layer of graham crackers and spread evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the graham crackers to soften.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
- Use fresh, ripe strawberries for the best flavor.
- Can be made a day in advance for convenience.
- Try using chocolate graham crackers for a twist.
