Description

A delicious and easy no-bake dessert made with layers of graham crackers, creamy pudding, and fresh strawberries, topped with a sweet strawberry glaze.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1 (14.4 oz) box graham crackers
  • 2 (3.4 oz) boxes instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1/2 cup strawberry preserves or jam
  • 2 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix and cold milk for 2 minutes until thickened.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping until well combined and smooth.
  3. In a 9×13 inch baking dish, place a single layer of graham crackers to cover the bottom.
  4. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
  5. Add a layer of sliced strawberries over the pudding mixture.
  6. Repeat with another layer of graham crackers, the remaining pudding mixture, and another layer of strawberries.
  7. Top with a final layer of graham crackers.
  8. In a small bowl, microwave the strawberry preserves and water for about 30 seconds until smooth, then stir to combine.
  9. Pour the strawberry glaze over the top layer of graham crackers and spread evenly.
  10. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the graham crackers to soften.
  11. Serve chilled and enjoy!
