Description

No-Bake Orange Creamsicle Cheesecake is a refreshing, creamy dessert that tastes just like your favorite childhood creamsicle popsicle. With a buttery graham cracker crust and a tangy orange cream cheese filling, it’s perfect for summer!


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: whipped cream and orange slices for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Add orange juice concentrate, orange zest, and vanilla extract. Fold gently until well combined.
  5. Spoon the filling over the chilled crust and smooth the top. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
  6. Before serving, garnish with whipped cream and orange slices if desired.
