Description

These No Bake Mini Cheesecake Parfaits are a simple, creamy dessert layered with graham cracker crumbs, a rich cheesecake filling, and fresh berries—perfect for individual servings at any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until combined.
  2. Divide the crumb mixture evenly into small serving cups and press gently to form a base.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.

  6. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and fluffy.
