- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, parsley, dill, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them.
- Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, up to 2 hours.
- Preheat the grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Remove salmon from marinade and place on a baking sheet or grill.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional herbs or lemon slices if desired.
Notes
- You can substitute fresh herbs with dried herbs; use one-third the amount.
