Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to form the crust. Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and beat until fully combined.
- Fold in the whipped topping until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
- Spoon cherry pie filling over the top and spread evenly.
- Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
