These patriotic red, white, and blue Jello Jigglers are a fun and festive treat perfect for summer celebrations like the 4th of July or Memorial Day. They’re easy to make, kid-friendly, and bursting with fruity flavor.

- 1 box (3 oz) red Jello (strawberry or cherry)
- 1 box (3 oz) blue Jello (berry blue)
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin, divided
- 5 cups boiling water, divided
- 1 cup cold water
Instructions
- Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a bowl, dissolve red Jello and 1/2 envelope unflavored gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Stir well and pour into the dish. Refrigerate for 30-45 minutes until set.
- In another bowl, dissolve the other 1/2 envelope of unflavored gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water. Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir in 3/4 cup boiling water and the sweetened condensed milk. Allow to cool slightly.
- Pour the white layer over the set red layer. Refrigerate for another 30-45 minutes until firm.
- Dissolve the blue Jello and remaining envelope of unflavored gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Stir well, let cool slightly, then pour over the set white layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until completely firm.
- Cut into squares or use cookie cutters to make festive shapes. Serve chilled.
Notes
- Make sure each layer is fully set before adding the next to prevent colors from mixing.
- Use a plastic knife or dip the pan briefly in warm water to help release the jigglers.
- You can use sugar-free Jello for a lighter version.
