Description
Italian Pinwheels are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or snack, made with deli meats, cheese, and a flavorful spread, all rolled up in a tortilla.

- 4 large flour tortillas
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 6 oz sliced salami
- 6 oz sliced pepperoni
- 6 oz sliced ham
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 1 cup baby spinach leaves
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper flakes until smooth.
- Lay out a tortilla and spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly across it.
- Layer slices of salami, pepperoni, ham, provolone cheese, and a few spinach leaves on top.
- Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other.
- Wrap the rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and fillings.
- Once chilled, remove from the fridge, unwrap, and slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels.
- Serve immediately or keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
Notes
- Use a sharp knife to slice for clean cuts.
- Can be made a day ahead for convenience.
