Description

A simple and delicious no-bake dessert made by layering ice cream sandwiches, whipped topping, and toppings like chocolate syrup and crushed cookies.


Ingredients

  • 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce (optional)
  • 1/2 cup crushed chocolate cookies (like Oreos)
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Unwrap the ice cream sandwiches.
  2. Arrange 6 ice cream sandwiches in a single layer in a 9×13-inch dish.
  3. Spread half of the whipped topping over the sandwiches.
  4. Drizzle with half of the chocolate syrup and caramel sauce (if using).
  5. Sprinkle half of the crushed cookies and mini chocolate chips on top.
  6. Repeat the layers with remaining ice cream sandwiches, whipped topping, syrup, caramel, cookies, and chocolate chips.
  7. Cover and freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  8. Slice and serve cold.
