Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
- 2 cups cooked egg noodles or pasta of choice
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (plus extra for topping)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 1/2 cup chopped green onions or peas
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, cooked pasta, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, 1 cup cheddar, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
- Fold in green onions or peas if using.
- Spread mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle extra cheddar on top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted and golden.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- Use leftover rotisserie chicken to save time.
