Description

Ham Roll-Ups with Cream Cheese are a quick and easy appetizer or snack, made by spreading seasoned cream cheese on slices of ham and rolling them up tightly.


Ingredients

  • 8 slices deli ham
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, green onions, parsley (if using), garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Lay a slice of ham flat on a clean surface.
  3. Spread a thin, even layer of the cream cheese mixture over the ham slice.
  4. Roll the ham slice up tightly.
  5. Repeat with the remaining ham slices and cream cheese mixture.
  6. Chill the roll-ups in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  7. Slice each roll-up into 1-inch pieces and serve.

Notes

  • You can add pickles or sliced peppers inside for extra crunch and flavor.
