- 8 slices deli ham
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, green onions, parsley (if using), garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.
- Lay a slice of ham flat on a clean surface.
- Spread a thin, even layer of the cream cheese mixture over the ham slice.
- Roll the ham slice up tightly.
- Repeat with the remaining ham slices and cream cheese mixture.
- Chill the roll-ups in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Slice each roll-up into 1-inch pieces and serve.
Notes
- You can add pickles or sliced peppers inside for extra crunch and flavor.
- Use flavored cream cheese for variation.
- Best served chilled.
