Description
A creamy, tangy and fresh green onion dip perfect for snacking with chips or veggies.
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 2 cups green onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 2 tsp garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp onion powder (optional)
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Stir in green onions, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until evenly combined.
- Cover and chill for at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
- Serve with chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
Notes
- Chill allows flavors to meld—overnight is ideal.
- Greek yogurt can replace sour cream for a lighter version.
- Adjust garlic and onion powder to taste.
- Best stored in an airtight container, refrigerated for up to 3–4 days.
