Description

A creamy, tangy and fresh green onion dip perfect for snacking with chips or veggies.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder (optional)
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Stir in green onions, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until evenly combined.
  4. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
  5. Serve with chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

  • Chill allows flavors to meld—overnight is ideal.
  • Greek yogurt can replace sour cream for a lighter version.
  • Adjust garlic and onion powder to taste.
  • Best stored in an airtight container, refrigerated for up to 3–4 days.
