Creamy Parmesan Pasta

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil pasta in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Before draining, reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water. Drain pasta and set it aside.
  2. Prepare the Chicken: In a bowl, season the bite-sized chicken pieces with paprika, salt, black pepper, and chili flakes if using. Mix well to ensure even coating.
  3. Cook the Chicken: Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown and fully cooked through.
  4. Add Garlic Butter: Add the remaining 1 tablespoon butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Stir to coat the chicken thoroughly with the garlic butter. Then remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
