Description

These Frozen Greek Yogurt Peanut Butter Bites are a creamy, delightful no-bake snack combining tangy Greek yogurt with rich peanut butter and sweet honey. Perfect for a healthy frozen treat, they include mini chocolate chips for a touch of indulgence and are easy to prepare and freeze for a quick snack anytime.

Ingredients

Scale

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Mix Ingredients: In a medium bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
  2. Add Chocolate Chips: Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips to distribute them evenly throughout the mixture.
  3. Prepare for Freezing: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture onto the sheet and gently flatten each slightly with the back of a spoon.
  4. Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and allow the bites to freeze for at least 1 to 2 hours or until they are firm to the touch.
  5. Store & Serve: Once frozen, transfer the bites to an airtight container and keep them stored in the freezer. Before serving, let them sit at room temperature for 2 to 3 minutes for the best texture.

Notes

  • Use full-fat Greek yogurt for a creamier texture.
  • Almond or cashew butter can be substituted for peanut butter if preferred.
  • For a chocolate coating, dip frozen bites in melted dark chocolate and refreeze until set.
