- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 banana, sliced (optional)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional, to prevent banana browning)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread sugar cookie dough evenly onto a greased 9×13-inch baking pan or large pizza pan.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool completely.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled cookie crust.
- Arrange blueberries in the top-left corner to represent the stars of the flag.
- Alternate rows of sliced strawberries and banana to create red and white stripes.
- If using banana, brush slices with lemon juice to prevent browning.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Slice and enjoy!
