  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 banana, sliced (optional)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional, to prevent banana browning)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread sugar cookie dough evenly onto a greased 9×13-inch baking pan or large pizza pan.
  2. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool completely.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled cookie crust.
  5. Arrange blueberries in the top-left corner to represent the stars of the flag.
  6. Alternate rows of sliced strawberries and banana to create red and white stripes.
  7. If using banana, brush slices with lemon juice to prevent browning.
