- 1 green bell pepper, sliced

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
- Lime wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced bell peppers and onions to the skillet.
- Sprinkle with chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Sauté for 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
- Fill each tortilla with the sautéed veggies.
- Top with avocado slices and fresh cilantro.
- Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
