Easy salted roasted pumpkin seeds are a crunchy, satisfying snack made from cleaned and seasoned pumpkin seeds, baked until perfectly golden and crisp.
Ingredients
- 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds (scooped from a pumpkin)
- 1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
- 1 tsp salt (or to taste)
- Optional: 1/2 tsp garlic powder, paprika, or cayenne pepper for flavor
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Clean pumpkin seeds by removing pulp and rinsing under cold water. Pat dry thoroughly with a towel.
- In a bowl, toss seeds with olive oil or butter, salt, and any optional seasonings.
- Spread seeds in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast for 35–45 minutes, stirring every 10–15 minutes, until golden and crispy.
- Let cool before serving or storing in an airtight container.
