This Easy Fudgy Oreo Brownie Recipe combines rich chocolate brownies with chunks of Oreo cookies for the ultimate indulgent treat. Perfectly gooey, chewy, and packed with cookies and cream flavor.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup (40g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup (65g) all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 12 Oreo cookies, chopped
- Optional: extra Oreos for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until well combined.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and whisk until the mixture is smooth and pale.
- Stir in the cocoa powder, flour, and salt until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped Oreos.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Top with additional Oreo pieces if desired.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let cool completely in the pan before slicing and serving.
