Instructions
- Place the chopped chocolate in a heatproof bowl.
- Heat the heavy cream in a small saucepan over medium heat until it just begins to simmer.
- Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and let sit for 2-3 minutes to soften.
- Add the vanilla extract and salt, then stir until smooth and glossy.

- Roll the truffles in cocoa powder, nuts, sprinkles, or coconut to coat.
