Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Add brown sugar and stir until dissolved and bubbling.
- Stir in cinnamon, salt, and vanilla extract.
- Add banana slices and cook for 2–3 minutes, gently flipping to coat and caramelize both sides.
- Remove from heat and serve warm as a topping or enjoy on its own.
