Description

A classic and hearty Cobb Salad featuring crisp greens, grilled chicken, creamy avocado, crispy bacon, and a tangy vinaigrette—perfect for a satisfying lunch or light dinner.


Ingredients

  • 6 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinaigrette (or dressing of choice)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients by washing, chopping, and cooking as needed.
  2. In a large salad bowl or platter, lay the chopped romaine lettuce as the base.
  3. Arrange rows of chicken, bacon, eggs, avocado, tomatoes, blue cheese, and red onion on top of the lettuce.
