- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers and chopped peanuts.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, rice vinegar, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes (if using) until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the cucumber and peanut mixture and toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves before serving.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes before serving for enhanced flavor.
Notes
- For an extra crunch, add some sliced red onions or bell peppers.
- If you prefer a spicier version, increase the amount of red pepper flakes or add a dash of sriracha to the dressing.
