Description

This colorfully crunchy salad combines sliced cucumbers and red onions with feta cheese and fresh herbs, all tossed in a tangy vinaigrette for a refreshing and flavorful dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers and red onion.
