Instructions

- Blend: Blend the mixture until smooth, which should take about 30 to 60 seconds to ensure even texture and thorough mixing.
- Strain (Optional): Strain the blended mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a large pitcher to remove any pulp if you prefer a smoother drink.
- Adjust Sweetness: Stir the liquid well, taste it, and add more agave syrup or sugar as needed to reach your desired sweetness level.
- Serve: Pour the agua fresca over ice cubes in serving glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves and lime wedges as desired for added freshness and visual appeal.
Notes
- For a vegan and natural sweetener, agave syrup is preferable, but sugar can be used as an alternative.
- Straining is optional depending on whether you prefer a smooth or pulpy texture.
- Adjust the lime juice to your taste for more or less tartness.
- This drink is best served immediately but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
- Adding fresh mint leaves enhances the flavor but can be omitted if unavailable.
