Description

This Crock Pot Chocolate Peanut Clusters recipe is an easy, crowd-pleasing treat made with minimal ingredients. Perfect for the holidays or gifting, these sweet and salty candies are rich, nutty, and wonderfully chocolaty.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds roasted salted peanuts
  • 1 (12 oz) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (12 oz) bag milk chocolate chips
  • 2 (10 oz) packages peanut butter chips
  • 2 pounds white almond bark, broken into pieces

Instructions

  1. Place the peanuts in the bottom of a crock pot.
  2. Layer the semi-sweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and almond bark over the peanuts.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours. Do not stir during this time.
  4. After 2 hours, stir the mixture until all the chocolate is fully melted and combined.
  5. Using a spoon or small cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax paper or parchment paper.
  6. Let the clusters cool and harden completely at room temperature, about 1-2 hours.
  7. Store in an airtight container.
