- 2 pounds roasted salted peanuts
- 1 (12 oz) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 (12 oz) bag milk chocolate chips
- 2 (10 oz) packages peanut butter chips
- 2 pounds white almond bark, broken into pieces
Instructions
- Place the peanuts in the bottom of a crock pot.
- Layer the semi-sweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and almond bark over the peanuts.
- Cover and cook on low for 2 hours. Do not stir during this time.
- After 2 hours, stir the mixture until all the chocolate is fully melted and combined.
- Using a spoon or small cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax paper or parchment paper.
- Let the clusters cool and harden completely at room temperature, about 1-2 hours.
- Store in an airtight container.
Notes
- You can use unsalted peanuts if preferred, and add a pinch of salt for flavor balance.
