Crispy, tender‑crisp green beans coated in garlic, lemon, and freshly grated Parmesan, air‑fried to golden perfection.
Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh green beans, ends trimmed
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 370 °F (188 °C).
- Toss beans with olive oil, lemon juice, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt & pepper.
- Arrange in a single layer in air fryer basket.
- Cook 5 min; shake basket.
- Cook another 5 min until golden and tender.
Notes
- If beans are still firm, cook extra 2–3 min, shaking periodically.
- You can use frozen beans—thaw and dry thoroughly before seasoning.
- Reheat in air fryer at 350 °F for ~4–5 min to restore crispness.
