Bagel Base
- 4 mini bagels, sliced in half

- ¼ cup mini pepperoni or chopped toppings of choice (such as bell peppers, olives, or cooked sausage)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Optional
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for extra crispiness)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil to make cleanup easier.
- Prepare Bagel Halves: Arrange the sliced bagel halves on the baking sheet cut-side up. If using olive oil, lightly brush the tops of each bagel half to help achieve extra crispiness during baking.
- Add Sauce and Cheese: Spoon a small amount of pizza sauce onto each bagel half, spreading it evenly. Then sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce for a melty, cheesy topping.
- Add Toppings and Seasoning: Top each bagel bite with mini pepperoni or your choice of toppings such as chopped bell peppers, olives, or cooked sausage. Finally, sprinkle Italian seasoning evenly over each bite for added flavor.
- Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10–12 minutes, until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and the edges of the bagels are golden brown.
- Cool and Serve: Remove from the oven and allow the bagel bites to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm for the best taste and texture.
