Description

Soft and chewy cookies packed with crushed chocolate sandwich cookies and white chocolate chips for a delicious cookies and cream flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 18 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies and white chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden. The centers may look slightly underbaked.
  8. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • Do not overbake the cookies to keep them soft and chewy.
  • You can refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes to prevent spreading.
