- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup holiday sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips and holiday sprinkles.
- Spread the dough evenly into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store cookie bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
- You can substitute semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips if preferred.
- Customize with different colored sprinkles for other holidays.
