Description

These festive Christmas Cookie Bars are soft, chewy, and loaded with holiday sprinkles and white chocolate chips. Perfect for holiday parties or cookie exchanges!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup holiday sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
  6. Fold in the white chocolate chips and holiday sprinkles.
  7. Spread the dough evenly into the prepared baking pan.
  8. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.

Notes

  • Store cookie bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
  • You can substitute semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips if preferred.
  • Customize with different colored sprinkles for other holidays.
