Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped chicken, romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, Caesar dressing, cherry tomatoes (if using), and crushed croutons.
- Mix until all ingredients are evenly coated with dressing.
- Warm the tortillas slightly in a microwave or skillet to make them pliable.

- Fold in the sides and roll up tightly to form wraps.
