Description
Mini chopped cheeseburger sliders with melty cheese, tangy pickle relish, and spicy mayo—perfect for game day or family dinner.
Ingredients
- 12 small dinner rolls
- 1 lb (450 g) lean ground beef
- 1 small sweet onion, diced
- 1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ⅓ cup dill pickle relish
- ¼ cup ketchup
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Sriracha hot sauce
- 6 slices American cheese (or Kraft Singles)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 °F (200 °C) and spray a 9×13″ pan with nonstick spray. Place bottom halves of rolls in the pan.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and Sriracha; set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Add diced onion and ground beef; cook until beef is browned and onions translucent, about 5 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Season with salt and pepper; stir in dill pickle relish.
- Spread ketchup onto roll bottoms, top evenly with beef mixture, then place cheese slices over meat.
- Spread spicy mayo on roll tops; place them on cheese.
- Bake for 5–10 minutes until cheese melts and rolls are toasted.
- Serve immediately—great with fries, onion rings, or a side salad.
Notes
- Store leftovers sealed in the fridge for up to 2 days; reheat in oven or air fryer to crisp rolls.
- Swap American cheese for cheddar or pepper jack for a different flavor.
- Add extra condiments or fresh toppings like lettuce and tomato after baking if desired.
