- Shape Patties: Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and form into burger patties. If the mixture feels too soft to handle, chill the patties in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes to firm up.
- Cook Patties: Heat olive oil in a skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for 5 to 6 minutes per side until they develop a golden brown crust and reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) to ensure they are fully cooked.
- Toast Buns: While the patties cook, toast the burger buns lightly either in a toaster or on the skillet for extra texture and flavor.
